Objective of the Society is to call for building up a bridge of friendship between Libyan and American peoples by adopting the method of debate/dialogue policy between both parties by organizing meetings and holding international symposiums by contacting similar societies of joint interests and co-ordination therewith for setting out programmes and projects to serve both peoples for building up positive dialogue aiming in strengthening the relationship between both Libyan and American peoples, and to arrange co-ordinate visits between institutions of joint economic, social, scientific and national/civil interests. Calling for building up relations between both Libyan and American peoples in which the spirit of justice, equality and mutual respect prevails.

Is your organization still in existence? I wish to protest the invasion of Libya by the U.S. military. I find such interference insupportable. Gadhafi is the rightful leadaer of Libya.
