The money was inflated from the project and therefore it is necessary that we move the money out of Malaysia to avoid inquisition and bureaucracies over the outcome.
This over invoiced sum became domiciled in the Bank. In view of this, we decided to seek for a foreign partner that we can entrust this sum to his/her custody for safe-keeping pending when our tenure expires.
Following the Bank order to withdraw the fund or else it shall be forfeited and surrendered to Government as State Treasury,we therefore decided to contact you and solicit for your kindness.
At the conclusion of the transfer of the money into your nominated Bank Account,we shall come over and look on the best line of business to invest the money in your country or any other place that you may deem better to invest the money.
