AM2C was created in 1991 and it is located in Brittany, in the west of France. For 15 years we provide meat separators, deboners and desinewers for any kind of meat ( poultry, pork, beef, fish ). The machine consists in treating mostly carcasses or wastes of trimming & deboning lines to recover the remaining meat on one side and logically to evacuate the bones, cartliges and nerves on the other side.

An efficient research department together with technical team increase and set up own systems and also our full production line. AM2C is becoming an important actor on the worldwide market
